Deluxe room but i don’t like bed with pillars, they are giving one towel even booked for two persons and about water, tea, coffee, they are not giving extra more.

I have stayed some momths before here and its been only worse this time. They charged me 35aed per night extra at property for cleaning charges. This keeps the booking cost down and done to cheat people. Internet works like as if in 80s. Old furniture and switches broken here and there. No idea how this hotel is tagged 4 star.

I book the big room with balcony and view of burj khalifa then when i check in the manger give me other room which’s big different and very small after i inter the room i tell them no it’s not the room i book they give me another room same i book and also even the rooms and hotel it’s big different then the photo it’s very very small and old also they but it’s 55 ft but in the real very very small and the room is old unlike the photo also manger try to give me another room not good experience i will not go there again

Property location is so bad and so far. For the food they're not providing we need to order the food other apps or go outside for the food

My stay was pretty good, but i have one complain as i booked a room with burj al khalifa veiw but my room doesn’t have that veiw as they charged me for that. So i’m a bit disappointed and their room is small as you don’t have enough space for moment but its good for a low budget. Anyway thanks to the hotel and staffs
