It is o key but this is not 5 star hotel dinner is so weak activities like sauna only for 1 person.

Absolutely loved the stay. Was here for a vacation with my wife and we had such a good time. Rooms: well appointed and clean. Great job by the housekeeping staff with refreshing the room daily. Breakfast: good spread. Location: great location. 10 mins from airport. 15 mins from downtown. Direct access to deira city centre from 2nd floor to the hotel. Direct access to metro through the mall. They also did a small setup as we were checkin in on our anniversary.

The ac was not working in our room, and technician came only after 55 minutes from reporting, that too after complaining 3 times, the swimming pool was not available, said it is closed till august 7, which was not mentioned while booking

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are big and service is really good. The breakfast was good. They have a sports bar and that’s a bonus.

Hotel was not too bad but the pillows really uncomfortable, too noisy as you can hear every door open and close, the pool was small and too much noise also ordering food you are required to sit elsewhere which upset me as i was told i can’t sit on a lounger after my swim to eat. Overall not bad but not good either. Room is clean, coffee provided was good but not much else.

Pullman deira creek is the hotel to be in. Excellent time with bathtubs. Exceptional customer service and for all the shopping freaks it's just connected to the mall through a lift and you can shop till you drop dead. Take a break and get back to the room. Rest and again shop.

Nice hotel, connected to dera city centre. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to dona who helped me in smooth checkin. Breakfast buffet has very limited option with kind of nil options for vegetarians other than bread.

Our stay was awesome! rooms, services and everything is just fantastic. There's just one thing, for vegetarians they have lesser options for food buffet. There are many vegetarians coming in and we suppose if they can provide more options it will help people select it more.

Location is excellent, food is fantastic, staff are very good. Thanks to maya in front office, seif and sulochana in the executive lounge, jeu the rooms division manager. Of-course missing ghaith. Fabulous service

The hotel is located 10 mins from dubai international airport. The hotel connects to one of the populate malls (deria city center) a must visit shopping paradise. The mall also has many eating options. I was particularly thrilled with the option it presented to travel the city by taxis, bus, metro trains all options available in 2 mins walking radius. In the morning l, after sunrise the luss green golf course view was mesmerizing. The buzz of office goes in private vehicle and regular view of metro train at a distance was reminded me of my favorite city mumbai
