I am constantly requesting for cancellation because of dubai climatic issue, but no one cancel-led it and rather marked it completed after constant cancellation request from last 4 days

The hotel location is good, 3km from burj khalifa. The rooms were spacious. They have a swimming pool and spa. Indian restaurant bikaner is just next to the hotel. Had a pleasant stay.
