Because just 1 hour before check-in, i got a call from this hotel and informed that your booking was cancel-led and you will get your money back. After using some bad words they allow me to enter.

When ever reach on hotel. They are asking your booking is not showing in there system and still on hold so we wait after a long wait they allot a room. As per hotel staff it’s the issue of make my trip side

The hotel had cockroaches, heavy cigarette smell and also loud music until 5 am. Considering the price there are better options available. Also breakfast was terrible.

No in room service. Need to run after the reception for water and all. Away from main bur. This is not at all recommended for long day stay

The room service very bad very bad reception they put us in handicapped room we got allergy from the insects there very bad toilet and even the water coming from the taps is yellow. Location is noisy

Location is ok but food quality and food was very less option and limited type option. No option for indian traveler. I am very despoint on breakfast very less option. That why i skip hotel breakfast and do out side.
