Savoy Suites Bur Dubai

We booked Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment located at Bur Dubai, 12A Street, for the convenience of the location. To be honest, since it was our first vacation to Dubai, both, my wife and myself did extensive research to shortlist suitable accommodation, but on further digging through the various reviews and comments on the various websites, we were more confused and apprehensive about every single property. There were more negative comments than positive ones about every property, which left us no other option but to revise our search criteria and budgets. However, while searching, and post widening our search criteria to include Savoy Suites Bur Dubai apartments, we came across the Savoy properties. We followed the same protocol of digging through the reviews, but at some point, we decided to take a chance and select the Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment on 12A Street. A very big chance, but then we looked at it from the convenience point of view, we were going to Dubai for a week, and an apartment Savoy Suites Bur Dubai offered a far better proposition than most Savoy Suites Bur Dubais. Having booked the Savoy Suites Bur Dubai, and on receiving the confirmation, I decided to write an email to them regarding our booking details. On arrival at the Savoy Suites Bur Dubai, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Usman Sadekar, the F.O.M at Savoy Suites, who also acknowledged the receipt of our email. To our pleasant surprise, we were given a room with a balcony, although we had booked a non-balcony room. The check-in process was very smooth for us, and although we had to wait for around 15 to 20 minutes, we were offered some juice and also coffee, while we waited. Mr. Usman also briefed us bout the vicinity and some of the local supermarkets and even offered us complimentary NOL cards since we were long stay guests. On reaching the room, we were happy with the condition of the room. It was neat and tidy, and exactly as the photos claim it to be. The room was spacious and well furnished. Even the size of the room was good, to accommodate 3 to 4 people. One of the best gestures was the surprise complimentary basket of fresh fruits sent to our room. Some of the small gestures made us feel welcome and comfortable. On the breakfast front, I mist admit that the number of items on the table are not too many, but whatever there is, is tasty and well prepared. The one thing that I loved the most was the feest fruit yogurt, a mist try for sure. Overall, our stay at Savoy Suites was very pleasant and comfortable. We would like to thank everyone for ensuring that we had a pleasant and memorable experience!

1. Location - 4/5 - 15 mins walk to metro station, walkable distance to al fahidi historical place and al seef. Grocery shops are nearby as well. 2. Room size - 5/5 quite spacious for the price we got, clean bifurcation between bedroom and kitchen/ sitting area. Equipment provided washing machine, stove, toaster, water kettle and oven. All equipments were working fine. 3. Hospitality - 4/5. Everything was excellent except two points. A) i would appreciate a phone call before clearing the bags at the time check out as we were not there when checkout was done and wanted to collect water bottles. B) drinking water is something very basic to offer guests free of charge, even though the amount was just 10 aed, it seemed unusual. The staff had done excellent job decorating the room for birthday. 4. Food - we did not order anything during our stay, but other guests there seemed to have breakfast there. Overall, pleasant stay at the Savoy Suites Bur Dubai, clean and spacious rooms. Please note this is a budget friendly Savoy Suites Bur Dubai apartment, so dont expect great views here.

We stayed here for 3 days. The location is good on prime location of Bur Dubai. Everything was close to the Savoy Suites Bur Dubai metro 10 minutes walk supermarket 3 minutes also you can get a cab easily as a when you want. Staff was very good and check-in was hassle free. Room was good enough for 3 people, and we took the kitchenette one and everything was there as was mentioned on the site. Cleaning staff was great as they kept the room super clean all days. Gave four starts cozy they only provided one water bottle even though we stayed for 6 nights. Overall a good Savoy Suites Bur Dubai and will recommend!

I was visiting with my brother. The staff was very helpful, the room was cleaned properly and all in all it was a very comfortable stay. Only thing i’d like to point out is the cups given to us in our room had cracks on them. Please upgrade the crockery you provide guests with. Also, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and most channels on the tv were not working. Would be nice to have more breakfast options too, as we stayed for 5 nights and ate pretty much the same breakfast everyday. Otherwise, it was a great stay and i appreciate how helpful the staff was.

Location: very good and peaceful, near to meena bazar. Those planning to do shopping from meena bazar can definitely choose this property. Stay: we had booked the studio category of rooms. Rooms were very neat and clean and big in size. Easy to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Food: breakfast spread was good, but needs improvement on taste. They also arranged breakfast without onion, garlic and potato, on request. Staff: very courteous and ready to help. In a nutshell, one can blind folded opt for this Savoy Suites Bur Dubai for a family stay.

Location is prime, nearby in 5 minutes walk, lot of indian restaurants are there, good service, ac, lifts, hot water, wifi very good, only thing is this Savoy Suites Bur Dubai doesn't have a separate travel desk, so it's problematic as reception counter is always busy, breakfast is little bit expensive at 40 d, room service also good, offered welcome drink on arrival, check in was a smooth process, over all good stay, as our room was on road side traffic sounds are disturbing

There is a swimming pool, but changing room for men was not operational. Same was the case for steam/sauna rooms. Also as is standard in almost all other Savoy Suites Bur Dubais, they could have provided a bottle of water for each day. But i had to pay extra except for the first day. The amenities indicate dryer facility which was not available in the washing machine in my room. However, they replaced it on request for which i am thankful.

The Savoy Suites Bur Dubai apartment is well equipped with amenities like water kettle, microwave, iron & board, washing machine, complimentary toiletries. The best highlights are clean, sanitized, non-smoking rooms. This is ideal, especially when travel-ling with family & children. The breakfast, though, not complimentary, is charged separately - however, the spread of items and taste is appreciated.

The stay was amazing. Its exactly according to the positive reviews I found on MMT. Mr. Usman the front office manager makes sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The staff is highly courteous and cooperative. They opened the kitchen even after closing time to provide us condiments for us. I really appreciate their gesture and highly recommend this Savoy Suites Bur Dubai for Dubai stay.

We family of 3, were staying in Savoy Suites for 6 days. Good points are cleanliness, comfort, supportive Savoy Suites Bur Dubai staff and location of Savoy Suites Bur Dubai from prime metro stations. Special mention of Mr. Usman, Savoy Suites Bur Dubai manager who is very helpful. Food variety can be added in breakfast. Overall feeling of Savoy Suites Bur Dubai stay is excellent.

Savoy suites is one of the best apartments in the vicinity. With stone throw away distance from burjuman metro station it gives an access to dubai city covering almost all major tourist attractions. The staff at the reception himanshu and his colleagues, housekeeping staff Gopal ji and his lanky colleague from india all are well groomed and apt the mark in hospitality. Keep it up.

This is like a studio apartment where the room was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a sitting area and small kitchen space where you have an oven, toaster, kettle, stove, and fridge. Even a washing machine. Stayed here for 5 days and the stay was very comfortable. Can't ask for anything more. The staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Nice staff and room is very good equipped with all basic features like refrigerator, washing machine, crockery, fridge and induction.

Mr. Usman was very warm welcoming and hospitable. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money. Must stay.

Decent breakfast, spacious room and right in middle of shopping area. They only have to focus on customer service bit more.

It was wonderful stay. Great location, humble behaviour of staff, service specially appreciable. Suites are suitable to the family needs during stay like Basic kitchen, washing Mc, Fridge, living room space with sitting arrangement of sofa & bed room made our stays like home ….!!

Nice ambience clean and spacious room, staff cooperation was good and most the india vegetarian food was delicious. Don't feel like was not in india.

We didn't try food but other vise all perfect specially the mini kitchen they provide.
Overall the stay was perfect and lovely staff.

The Savoy Suites Bur Dubai is at a very convenient location. Staff is very friendly. Arvind on our floor used to come everyday to check if everything is arranged & if we need anything. Amenities are good. Overall a highly recommended place for stay with kids.

It is worth staying there. I recommend it to stay if you are with kids.

I happen to stay for 6 nights at the property with add on breakfast. It was sufficiently good space for a studio apartment. The best part about this property is its prime location for practically everything you would want to visit in dubai. Also, all the staff were very humble and always ready to serve you with a smile.

Stayed for 29 nights it was a great stay. All the reception staff are very friendly thank u for helping me for early check in. House keeping was excellent. In short i enjoyed my stay it was excellent.

We family of 2 were staying in this Hotel for 6 days. It was a great experience and the service was good. Hotel manager Mr. Usman was very supportive. The food quality was also good. Only they need to provide complimentary water bottles for every day. Currently, they provide only at the time of check-in.

We had a pleasant stay at savoy. We enjoyed the suites, kitchenette, breakfast and supportive staff at reception.

Stayed during 2 to 9 Feb. Check-in was smooth. Staff was good and helpful. Stay was comfortable. Gym is not too big but still sufficient. Food is nice and can be made as per requirement. Amenities in room were adequate however television were a bit outdated. Overall it was great stay.
