The TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is very clean and hygenic . It’s really great in terms of cleanliness. But I didn’t not like the house keeping services . Reception no one answers your call in emergency . In night you cannot expect any house keeping services and reception no one is available to answer your calls. I had asked for water calling reception I didn’t get it till 45 minutes unless I repeatedly called for the water. I even wanted to know the WiFi password and for that I was calling reception and no one answered my call the at desk and I missed important emails . So don’t expect any service with the staff . The bed and the mattress is very old if you have back aces don’t book this TIME Grand Plaza Hotel as all the mattress will sink you inside . Mattress needs to be changed as a most highest priority. Rest apart I will give 10/10 for cleanliness and smells amazing .

Loved the service, everyone was warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing! Slight suggestion for the breakfast buffet would be a little coherent theme, the dishes were quite random like Chinese rice but no Chinese curry or Kerala curry with no parathas, Upma and Congee. Very strange combination of things. Besides that, had a good stay and will definitely come back.

Stay was good and perfect. Staff was very good in hospitality. Breakfast quality to be improved, particularly Indian food with proper combination would be great. Definitely they need to look in to the coffee vending machine considering the breakfast crowd.

Enjoyed my Stay. Near to Metro if you are planning to fly back in short time. Surrounded by good restaurants Like Blr Empire, Chicken Tikka etc for Lively Native Food.

It is a decent TIME Grand Plaza Hotel with good connectivity to mamzar and Al quasais. Furniture are bit old though House keeping to be improved.
