Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel

The 5 rating is only for the stay in the Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel, but if we talk about the services provided by mm t customer service team, then i would rate 1. The booking for not intimated to the Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel bcos of which i had to face harassment for 2 hrs after reaching there. I had to pay for 1 night as it was too late to look for another property. I kept on chatting with customer support, but they kept on saying on the 2 day that our team is working on the issue. Honestly speaking, i have lost the trust on mm t and will not book Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotels from here in future. I would like to appreciate mr prosenjit who helped me out and sorted things for me. Thanks

A stay which i was not expecting it would turn out to be so marvellous. I really enjoyed the view from my room, it was mesmerising. I wanted a sea view and they gave me exactly what i wanted. The room was neat and clean and the housekeeping was great. Starting from entry to exit i have a great experience and would love to be back again and would recommend others as well.

Overall good, but few things missing. 1. Tea stuff was available only for one, where as we booked for a family 2+2. 2. Extra sofa was extremely bad, i was not able to sleep over night 3. Toilet door lock was not working 4. Tissue box was not in the room 5. Tv is not supported with internet youtube etc only valet parking thing may be attractive one and receptionists.

I stayed for 5 days at this Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel and had a very good experience. Hotel cleanliness, staff, service, breakfast everything was good. Location is also good as it is near to gold souk and has very good sea view( we opted for sea view room)

The Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel is in a very convenient place for people willing to go to the gold market and local market. The free shuttle service was very helpful and was on time. Great 3 days stay at this Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel. Love to stay again

Stayed for 5 days. Hotel is very near to the gold souk metro station. Neat and clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast spread was really nice. They charge me 75aed additionally on check in as tourist tax from govt. But worth the money spend.

Very neat and clean Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel but front reception staff are little rude to the guest. Other kitchen staffs are very humble and polite. Swimming pool are always occupied

Property is located near sea view and near to gold market. Staff and hopitility is top class. Food is very delicious.
