Quite hotel near fujairah airport

Pros: affordable price, spacious rooms, direct access to mall, easy check in/out. Cons: old hotel, torn furniture, poor cleanliness, disappointing food & beverage.

Had a terrible experience at royal m. The manager and the check in staffs were rude. They made us wait for more than an hour. Poor house keeping despite request basic requests were not provided which is expected from a hotel. The entire experience was very disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Delayed in answering in first room the water was slow and yellow water in all even wc and sink stocked
the technical man come late and i loosed my restaurant booking at 2 pm they changed our room morning i called them the coffee machine electricity was off i don’t why !
around 11am the reception called for check out and already told her the night shift they extend for us till 3pm she give us more troubles
at all i came to take rest not to solve rooms problem and get headache

It was good, the room specious but the carpet makes a weird smell in the room, the breakfast was good but mr. Hes-ham the restaurant manager way is not nice as we faced an issue with the breakfast for one of the rooms (out of two) and his way was frustrating

Respectful staffs. Friendly staffs. Inside the hotel there is mall. Great location. Clean room. Basement parking. My favorite hotel fujairah.

Very nice and comfortable only discomfort on day 1 was that the ac temperature was too cold and on request, the room service staff was very supportive and assisted us with the same.

We have been booking this hotel in the past also and evertime it turns it to be better than the past. We were given free breakfast for the family. It is clean and staff are polite.

Cleanliness was the main issue. To be very specific, windows of the room(room no. 1612) were very dirty. Room dustbin was not covered. With regards to the food, the variety of the food served in the breakfast buffet was less. Bakery items, especially croissants, sliced fruit cake & pan cakes, were hard(not fresh) overall, the experience was quite average. I hope you will take the feedback seriously and will work on it. Thanks for serving us.
