    Terrible Stay

    Terrible experience at this hotel! it’s completely unhygienic, the receptionist had an attitude, and there was a serious lack of basic amenities. The place is run down, poorly maintained, and the lifts took over 15 minutes to arrive. Everything, from the outdated facilities to the lack of care, screamed cheap and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy! avoid at all costs!

    It was good and the front office reshma was very helpful and welcoming. If i visit that place again will be because of her. But i am not going to use this application again because i had very bad experience with make my trip staff who is handling customer service at night the complaint section.
