The stay was amazing, easy check in great breakfast. There was unlimited wifi access, good place for business travellers and family trips

Only the chairs of the dining area need to be clean. Else very supportive staff and everything is very good.

The hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean but the bathroom fittings were old. The breakfast was purely continental with the same menu everyday. The staff were friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet. The room was a little pricey for the facilities

After booking in advance and full payment done online, I enter the room and noticed the air conditioner not working. Staff turned down the request to change room. No engineering staff to fix the problem. With no option left had to stay in the room without ac for two days. No apologetic approach by the reception staff. Over all
poor experience, won’t book again.

The place is located slightly away from the center of Birmingham but not too far away. Its as good as any other holiday inn express anywhere around the world. The staff is helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The facilities are great and the views from the top floor are great as well. The breakfast was fantastic and very fulling, it was a complete meal to start of the day.
