    It wasn’t to my satisfaction and below expectations

    The hotel lifts was not working and unfortunately we obliged to use the laundry room to use the staff lift. Also, cleaning the room wasn’t done one time although i have requested. Asking for ice sometimes it was delivered and other times they asked for extra charges

    Brilliant stay

    We had a perfect stay at the hotel. We could easily walk to the hotel from Leeds train station. There were a lot of eating options within walking distance. Neat and clean room. The reception staff helped us find the nearest supermarket. Breakfast is not to miss, Awesome range of options to chose from.
