    Hotel so not allow on checkin time mentioned in the voucher ie 2pm. They have hold us to wait upto 3. 00 pm. Rude behaviour by one staff janet. But some staff really very good like merilena & ali haider. They taken care very well. But mattress of the room is poor in condition. And even after request to janet, they have not change our room. Location is excellent. But due to janet’s behaviour we bother so much during stay.

    Rooms are good and service also good very near to the tube station breakfast also good free water available nice staff and cleanliness maintain best hospitality nice bathroom soundproof windows comfortable beds friendly staff

    First and foremost makemytrip should suggest this hotel for short stay reason being set limited breakfast options totally under staffed excellent team working with their hands tied in back. I would recommend this hotel for 2 days stay maximum, for family better options available.
