    Location is good but too costly

    I stayed in this hotel my meeting location is very close. But don't stay here. It is too costly and not at all worthy. It has no lift. I have to go to 3rd floor and steps are too steep. Rooms are very much congested. This room is like staying in railway toilet. Bathroom you can understand how small it could be. For the price I paid I could easily get best Hotel 2-3 miles away. Fill it is very bad experience for me.

    It's an average hotel. The staff is friendly and the location is close to Paddington station. The neighborhood is nice however the building is little old and needs rework. The room is smaller and even the bathrooms are small. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good.

    Service was average. For example, door latch of the bathroom was not working. Despite request, nothing was done. The room access card kept on going bad and I had to seek replacement repeatedly. Room and bathroom were small considering the room rent. Towels and soap were not replaced regularly. Overall OK but can be improved.
