Location of the hotel is great right on the main road. However, the check-in experience wasn’t among the best. I was late at the hotel and the reception staff almost treated as if he’s doing me a favour by allowing me a room and said that the room is almost cancel-led and could just cancel the room. This was not the experience. I was really looking for specially when you have already informed the hotel that there would be a late check-in apart from that the rooms were nice and clean space and overall experience was good.

Good hotel. Hotel has indian staffs and very supportive. It has some indian restaurant on walking distance. Overall, a perfect location to stay.

I lost my Sneakers white color shoes from the room. The staff was informed and they did not have any convincing answer instead they said I may have put them in the dustbin. Breakfast is useless and they do not replenish anything if it finishes early into the morning

Excellent mountain resort. Pl plan to avoid the highway on and around 15th jun as it’s neem karol baba’s sthapana diwas and traffic is really harrowing. It took almost 20hrs from delhi by road due to diversion

It says close to airport but it is not some 6-7 km away & there is no public transportation. London city bus is there in every 15 mins. Hotel should provide shuttle service. Rooms are neat
