    Located near Victoria station from where most of the day trips start and end. Many attractions and shopping areas are at walking distance. Stay, breakfast was good in the hotel and so was the hospitality.

    Worst stay ever

    Rooms are so small. After placing 3 pieces of luggage, we couldn't even walk in the room. The lady at the reception was extremely rude. We were staying with a 2. 5 year old baby but they seemed inconsiderate. Photos and information on the website and travel sites are very misleading. Floors and room are extremely creaky. I was getting much better hotels at a lower rate but we chose this hotel due to free breakfast. However the breakfast was as disappointing as the stay. Only juice, bread yoghurt, and some cereal. Not even boiled eggs. Would have rather chosen something without breakfast. The only good thing was the location but I think it's better to live at a slightly different location considering the tube network. Very disappointed. Would never ever step in Again and a strong negative recommendation to people planning. Our stay at the hotel was overall very depressing.

    Good Stay

    Central location and perfect for a single person travelling to London. Very attentive and helpful staff made my stay very pleasant and trouble free. I was even able to use the left luggae facility as my travel plans included travelling to another European country before returning to London and onwards back home.
