Room are not modernized staff needs to be more proactive in terms of attending the customer hospitality industry is all about customer satisfaction which was not taken care here hotel being at canary wharf one of the great locations in london and is not meeting basic needs of customer. Not sure if i would be recommending it to my friends or family

Terrible experience. Rude staff. No amenities. Leaking bathroom. Worst than 2 star hotel. Old age creaking lifts. Maintenance pathetic. Total loot of money.

Linens are not well maintained. There is water seepage in the bathroom. Outdated interiors does make the stay pleasant. Same breakfast menu every single day irrespective of your length of stay.

No window, no balcony rooms are actually rooms at basement. It is not disclose at the time of booking and come to know only when i checked into the hotel so i had to pay extra to upgrade into window room. Also, there is no cleaning by housekeeping every day, i stayed there for three nights, no one came to clean. At reception, guy told me upfrontly at the time of check-in that daily cleaning is not available, for any toiletries or towels, you had to come at reception every time and collect by yourself. There is no housekeeping guy to serve you. There is no wi-fi in room sable and it is chargeable at 7 pound per day, which is horrible.

Worst service quality, they robbed me by giving a smaller room instead of a bigger room i booked no river view in my room as in my booking no room service whatsoever free wifi is also not available as mentioned these guys are looters

It was good, but the room was too small, it would have more better if the room was little more bigger. Break fast was good. The location was very good, it was easily accessible by the public transportation

Poor reception on arrival at hotel. Staff not competent to handle customer of diff nationality. Poor infrastructure and many things not fictional inside room. Recommend to look for some other hotel.

View of the room was really bad. But most annoying thing was leaking aircon directly dropping water on the bed. Not expected after paying that kind of price. Won’t recommend this hotel for any future stay to anyone.

The hotel is an elegant property at canary wharf and located right across the tube station. The hotel staff are particularly good at their work and the rooms have been pleasant. The rooms are spacious and adequate, although a bit old. It’s a good bargain for the money

Location was fine as it was very close to underground station; however, hotel's hygiene was extreamly poor. We stayed on the 9th floor where the carpets were smelling really bad. There was a foul smell in the hallway. Additionally the rooms were not serviced throughout our stay. When we asked to clean the room, hotel said staff is unavailable. There was no free wifi in rooms. Water was chargeable. Front desk staff was extreamly rude.

Not at all recommended to stay at this place. There's ventilation problem in rooms, no good service, beds were not comfortable, front desk staff not helpful. We asked them to shift to another room as we were feeling suffocated in our room when The shifted us The next day when The manager's shift changed they charged us extra because The room was bigger and they did not even inform us earlier about this extra charge was very disappointing
