Though in the provided amenity list hair dryer was in the list but we could not find it. Then planned to ask the service desk over phone, however, that was out of service. We visited the office in person which was uncomfortable asking for hair dryer and did not receive any cordial help. The shower nobs were very old and very difficult to manage hot and cold water balanced flow.
ann-denise.petOct 18, 2024 The room was clean but we didn't have bar soap. The housekeeper didn't come in and clean our room when we were out. We couldn't use the pool because it was too cold. I also didn't like that we couldn't leave our dog unattended in the room. The bathroom was too small to move around. I definitely won't be coming back to this motel. Also the woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly.

Replacement room was worse with brown stains on bed.
Desk service was helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi would not connect in our room, so we were given another room. The rooms are dated, curtains did not close all the way, and the water in the tub would not shut off completely. But the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
deborah.familyOct 07, 2024 When checking in there was no one around. You had to use your personal phone to call them (and they were in a back room). Bathroom was very small and outdated. There was only one useable electric outlet. There was nothing for phone charging. When staying a couple of nights you have to ask them to freshen room and put in clean towels
The room itself was great. Large, spacious, and clean. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a facelift however. There are no elevators either, and the hand rails don’t seem too secure.
Staff is good, but the maintenance of the property is very poor.
It was ok. Clean friendly staff. Away from downtown. Cheaper than those in town during the on season. Room was fine. No frills.
Beds were comfortable. Room was warm, clean, with plenty of area. Under rated place to stay.

The room was quite outdated which I don’t mind if clean. The wallpaper and baseboards were filthy and the shower was terrible. Hard to adjust temp, not much hot water and the shower curtain rod was loose so couldn’t spread out the curtain. I don’t think we will stay there again. And have always had good luck booking with hotels.com. Hmmm.

michelle.familySep 22, 2024 The pool was stagnant, dirt piling on the bottom. A flim and foating, looked like peaces of tissue across the top of the water. No filtration, no water moving. Chose this place because of the pool. Very disappointing. The property had broken chairs around it and in disrepair. We did like our room. It was a suite with a jacuzzi. In the office building seperate from the hotel rooms, greatfully.
Older building but clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Just needed a place to sleep for one night will traveling with a group.
We always stay in one of the jet tub suites. It is spacious, clean and well priced. The staff has always been friendly there.

The beds were nice, the room was nice enough. The room could definitely use detail cleaning and some minor repairs. The pool was freezing cold but in good condition. Breakfast was okay but lacking in some items (no fruit and no eggs or meats). It did have essentials...coffee, cereal, pancakes, yogurt and oatmeal. The staff was nice and friendly. Would stay again.
