The hotel of last resort (at best)
I was drawn to this hotel because of the low rate ($115/night) and decent reviews, but the reality was that place is a dump - It was like a movie scene at a shady hotel where drug deals go down and this is the vibe. Homeless looking people walking throughout the grounds looking like they are under the influence, one loitering in the lobby. Saddening really. The entire length of the check-in counter was shielded with plexi glass if that says anything. The walkways and steps leading to the room were grimy. Our non-smoking room wreaked of air freshener that could not mask evidence of past smokers. My family did not feel safe here. The gentlemen at the deck was courteous and kindly have us a refund.
Not bad if one just wants to get a night rest with a good price. Don’t expect too much from this…

Most disgusting experience ever
I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this property. I live two hours away and came to town for the night to attend a event. The first room I walked into was 157 and there was roaches scattering at the doorway in the bathroom and on the walls. I talked to the front desk to get a refund he said he said he was aware of the room situation because it had a kitchenette. He showed me another room which was 328 and it looked okay so I took that room because I was running late to the event And I couldn't find another hotel on such short notice after giving them my payment and deposit. This morning when I woke up I felt a little itchy and when I pulled back the sheets on the bed I was completely disgusted with further examining the room there was used soap in the drain and pubic hair in the shower. When I went to the front desk to check out and tell the front desk person there was no reaction. I showed her the pictures and still no reaction. no compensation or refund was offered and a person standing behind me made a comment of they thought they were the only ones who had a issue with their room. I have contacted the manager who is yet to contact me. From the conditions of this room I feel this property has no standards and no expectations to keep a clean hotel.
Tried to give a room with roaches that had been sprayed and bombed . Smelled like poison and dead roaches some still crawling behind furniture

The dirtiest room ever and with cockroaches pets
Was horrible to get into the room and the romm was dirty, and looks in use and a lot of cockroaches around. The bathroom has towels on the floor, used soaps, incredible dirty, unable to use, so i called front desk and the guy changed us to another room, same thing, like a used room, with hairs on the beds, cockroaches and used towels too. First time in a motel 6 with this bad experience. The place is the dirtiest where I have spent a night. Over all you paid $100 that will be back in your account between 5-10 days. The rest of the studio is also dirty, the fridge and microwave, you dont have coffe maker or anything like that and they offered coffee or tea just in the mornings. Well, and of course a lot of homeless around but was worse to sleep in a dirty place. The sheets also had cigarette holes and was a non smoke room. One of the beds was okay, the other one you had to use just the middle part if not you could fell down. Use it just if its an emergency!
So many roaches! We stopped counting after 30. I have stayed in hotels in 54 countries and I am ashamed that this was found in the USA. Additionally, the floors were black with grime. I walked from the shower to the bed and noticed that my feet were actually black! I had to use a towel to scrub them clean just to put back in my shoes. I was offered another room, but it was exactly the same: roaches and filthy floors. The internet was also non-existent. The manager just shook his head and said "Yes, it's a problem." And to end the stay on a final horrible note, the full-sized refrigerator was not working at all. My food was warmer in the morning than it would have been in my cooler. This was simply a terrible place to stay.
The motel was nice to stay at but deposit was bad
The motel was fine. Easy parking and convenient shopping near by.
Motel 6 all for a $100 deposit. That's OK.
The problem is the $100 deposit has not been refunded.
I stayed overnight Oct 14th.
As of Oct 26th, i have not received a refund of the $100 deposit.
I called the manager and he assured me that it will process in the next 5 days.

When we arrived there was lots of homeless outside and the smell of weed was so strong around the property. The bathroom door had chipped wood corners. Nasty red stains on wall. The ceiling and walls had lots of flies. And the floor had cockroaches. They’re no shampoo and conditioners. The sheets had hair and stains. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Hotel sits behind a Jack-N-Box, & Starbucks, with a lot of homeless people hanging around smoking and drinking .
The room was very clean and the front desk very efficient. however at our end of the building was a lot of foot traffic in and out till the wee hours of the morning.
There are a bunch of drug dealers in the area, definitely do not recommend this place.
So many homeless people hanging out and camping out. Grounds felt dirty and unwelcoming and unsafe. Super disappointed.
Disgusting room (non smoking) but cigarette burns in the comforter, trash on the floor under the desk. TV busted in top, ghetto area. Nothing “studio” about this place

No employee Empowerment to resolve issues.
There were items that were cracked, dinged, broken in the room. The desk people did not know if there were pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates available for the suite rooms. We had to wait for the manager to get on property. The power went out in our room and no one on property could assist. My family had to sit in a room with no air conditioning for a little over and hour. Again, we had to wait for the manager to get on property to fix it. There is no employee empowerment on property.
