cassandra.partnerNov 07, 2024 The property is easy to find, has ample parking, and is located right next to a gas station/convenience store. The room was very nice. The mini refrigerator and micro wave worked well, but the microwave is a little inconvenient since it is under the counter. A taller person might have trouble with it. The beds are comfortable. The floors are not carpeted. This is a great value and we would stay here again.

Needed a good rest for the night
My family just needed a place to shower and sleep. This hotel ticked those marks. The hotel is working on upgrades. Floors were new, showers are new, vanities new and new furniture. The continental breakfast was decent. It had enough choices to fill your bellies and get you to the next meal.
Saw cigarette butts all over outside along with a couple transients wandering around looking at vehicles.
Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just ok

Clean , basic free breakfast oatmeal, Waffles ,cereal fresh coffee ..
The room was nice the cellings were to thin and someone above us that was extremely loud and was walking back and fourth all night none stop only slept a couple hours
The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and obviously not mopped in some time. The walls has streaks of some substance dripping down. The chair in the room had white “spots” all over it. Again looked like the beds were made and towels stocked.
Was good stay, lacking in the breakfast options
Room was much smaller than it appeared. The best was not a queen, it was at most a full size. The night attendant didn’t speak English and had to call someone to assist with my checking.

Room looked to be updated and clean. The mattress was horrible. I could feel the springs poking me all night.
sandra.familyMay 26, 2024 The rooms are remodeled. They need to be cleaned better dust and bugs on the floor the baseboards need to be dusted. Counter needs to be cleaned seems as if they just made the beds and left
There was no mini fridge in the bathroom to store left overs. The toilet paper was over half gone, and the room itself wasn't very clean, undusted and the baseboards were filthy. Also the towels are very small about hair towel size and just felt very unwelcoming.
Property appears to have had some recent work done; newer flooring, shower stall, etc. However, the work was a little shoddy; light switches were incomplete or broken, flooring had some small gaps. Room was comfortable. Breakfast options were disappointingly limited. A better Quality Inn stay for essentially the same price is in Payson.

Clean yes, but friendly sevice? No. The manager tried to over charge us for having a pet, but did correct it when I told him I would only stay one night instead of the three I booked. Then in the middle of the night my husband used the bathroom and the toilet tank literally broke in half, spilling water everywhere. We shut it off and reported it the next morning, and the manager got maintenance in to fix it, but treated us as if we were the guilty party after that. I have never seen a toilet tank crack like that. I will not stay there again.
