The hotel is very average and for what they charge it is very disappointing. The bathroom was not good with average maim

Good location, at walking distance from niagara falls & niagara state park. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was helpful.

Very okayish for the price

The front desk staff was very cold, a welcome smile during check in is the least one asks for. I understand that you're a 3 star hotel but at least get some basic training done. Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast had basic options to fill up the stomach. Overall an average stay. The highlight was the location and walking distance to niagara falls

Smart staff

On the day we were supposed to leave early morning, the breakfast staff couldn't come in, the single staff manning the reception k, stepped up and got things in control in a matter of minutes. The location is good, we were able to walk to the tourist attractions easily.

Not upto the wyndham mark!

No regular housekeeping; no bottles of water in the room, no cabinets in the room, inspite of checking in for 5 guests there was additional cost for the bedding for the 5th guest; shower pressure was very low, windows & doors had rust. I’d probably not prefer this property again

Super location for the falls

Excellent check in speed. Good clean rooms with all amenities microwave iron locker and coffee machine. Great breakfast spread. Early check-in and late check out on request.

Perfect location near Niagara Falls

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Washroom was nicely maintained with enough toiletries provided. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls and nearby to an amazing Indian Restaurant. People handling front desk could be a little more helpful about providing information about the place.
