amazing! this is our staycation go to. I love the quaintness of the hotel, the christmas decorations. the rooms are comfortable and clean. we did ask for a suite and a made a huge difference with space. we always ask for pool view. the pool is fun when its warm enough, but even this time of year it was pleasant and they have heaters. the tap room has great atmospher and above all, great food!! the bakery is amazing. and on top of this, they have shuttle service all around town. they will drop you off and come pick you up. Highly reccomend !

Everything about this hotel is perfect for us. This hotel is our go-to when we visit FL and when used to live there, it was recommended to our friends as a place to stay when they visited us.
Reasonable pricing, great location due to being downtown, yet being a few blocks away it makes for a quiet area. Great walking distance to downtown, the Edge District, the Pier and any events by the water.
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the restaurant, as the food came out cold and overcooked (and there's so many other places to explore and eat at).
Overall, always a 5 star for us.
What a warm, cozy, and fun stay. The restaurant service and food was great. The festive holiday drinks were fun. Would highly recommend the Hollander Hotel for your next stay.

We know that the rooms tend to be dark, but think a little more light would have been welcome.
Hollander has a great vibe. Bar area both inside and out are inviting. Good location.
Hollander Hotel a Real Find
This boutique hotel had it all, ambiance, history, excellent staff, fantastic hotel lounge and delicious menu at a great value. Parking was free and no resort fee. First time staying but fully intend return.

This place was an amazing, eclectic experience. I was greeted with a smile and explained everything I needed to know for my stay. I’m definitely coming back. Don’t miss out on this one, the food, the vibe, the experience……all amazing.
Used to love this place but our recent stay changed our tune. We had a half marathon bright and early in the morning, so our main reason for staying was to get a good night’s rest and be ready for the 7am start.
Around 1:30am, a steady beat echoed through the room. I grabbed my phone to try and find it. Wasn’t the sink, wasn’t the tub faucet… nope, it was the shower head that we hadn’t even used yet that was dripping. I put a washcloth over the drip spot and the noise finally stopped. I had a new noise now, though. When I closed the door to the bathroom (to not wake up my spouse), it created a huge rattle from the door wiggling in the door frame. The whole room was rumbling, almost like if you had an aft balcony room on a cruise ship. I tried convincing myself that’s where I was, but did a terrible job and was awake for a couple more hours.
Afte getting a couple hours of sleep, it was time to shower. I started the water and it started to pool up while a bunch of small hair shavings started coming UP from the drain. Ick! I shut it down and waited again. Next time had less hair, but now there wasn’t any hot water. Even gave it 5 minutes. Tried reversing the direction in case it was setup backwards. Nope, both sides were cold! Even the remote to the A/C unit didn’t work, so I stole the batteries out of the TV remote!
The staff is here is great, but this place needs some love. Oh, and no free coffee and Folgers for the room?!? C’mon, Hollander! You’re better than that!
