The hotel overall was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast options. The hotel pool was very small and the shared option next door was more of a party atmosphere that was not our style.

I had a terrible time trying to cancel, finally after many attempts I was successful and then I received an email from them cancelling due to the Hurricane. Unhappy with your service as well, the charge for the room has not been refunded to date. I have challenged your charge with my credit card1

I stay was exceptional. My only concern was check in. The front desk had my email and phone on file. My name was not listed in the reservation so they would not let me check in. My wife had to confirm my reservation which was disappointing since we are both long term Marriott Bonvoy members.
The rooftop restaurant/bar was great!

Our room was spacious. Balcony overlooked the restaurant next door.
Impressive views of the area from the roof top restaurant which had great food and music. Staff was nice and professional. Full free breakfast every morning with lots of varieties.
My only complaint was I found hair in the shower left from the previous renter, gross, and the shampoo bottle and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower were empty which left me annoyed. Everywhere else seemed clean. Just looks like they forgot the shower.
I would stay again and make sure I have my own shampoo.

Great hotel. We only stayed one night, but the location was perfect and the staff was very kind. They also have delicious food in there restaurant on top of the hotel with stunning views of a bridge!
