salvador.familyNov 29, 2024 The bed was comfy and clean and the rooms were nice everyday we get new towels but they need a bigger TV because it was too far from the bed to watch TV and the room needed some more detail it felt empty need more stuff in the room but the employee who works front desk was nice and kind.
Rude management and dirty . Had bugs and loud activity outside . A girl got beat up by two other women and the cops were there twice it's not even a good night rest
Dirty, infested,over populated hood stay
There was bugs. They have nothing but heavy traffic loud inappropriate music. Families of 8 people in one room . Kids running up and down the walkway riding scooters at 11pm at night. So much drug trafficking it's not worth the money with rooms full of bugs and stains
NOTHING Like The Pictures.
Don't let the pictures on their page fool you. This place is a hole with a charging station. The carpet was ripped in various places in the room. Burns all over the bed. Exposed wall and wires. The heat was stuck in the on position. The tub looked like it was shedding.
The only thing I can give it is I didn't see any bed bugs. I thought I found a steal but I ended up feeling robbed.

Horrible, had bugs, refrigerator stoped working, they had partys on the weekend, wouldn't let may pay for an extended stay one night,was told i had to do it in the morning before 11am because the guy working that before said he wasnt able to make reservations, the manager had to do it in the morning, when i checked in i needed a room with wheel chair availability, the guy said the rooms on tbe ground were the same thing, but we couldn't even get into the bathroom with a wheelchair, my friend had to leave the wheelchair outside the door and hop into the bathroom and find something sot on in the bathtub, and the jacuzzi was closed down and the restaurant was closed down and so was the laundry room, and they didn't want to give us clean towels because they dont do that if your there more than one not because they consider you as living there, which we werent, we needed extra time to stay because were in the middle of moving...
Horrible worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at multiple. THE WORST

The room was clean, but has a very strong smell of old furniture. It really needs an upgrade not only on the furniture but also on the layout of the room.

Absolutely disgusting! Not ever staying there again. I reserved a room based on the room description which clearly says that the room has a kitchenette and it was a smoking room. When I got to the room it had no kitchenette no ashtray and no cups no ice machine and no phones in the room to call the front desk because of the noise.
Staff is awesome very clean.
It seems the staff isn't guest friendly. I book through hotels.com app all the time and have had to cash deposit so it was an unexpected shock. Instead of apologizing he gave an attitude and pointed atm. It seems heater doesn't work either. But I guess you get what you pay for right. Cheap rates so they are aloud to treat people like crap
No hot water in the room. Fire alarm is low battery and keeps buzzing periodically. The phone in the room doesn’t work. I had to go to front desk. The frond desk said would send someone to fix, but nobody came.
