Nice clean comfortable room and comfortable bed nice professional staff
Stayed there many times; very comfortable and accommodating. Hot water in sink flow slow and too long to heat up. Asked for room safe to be “fixed”; two requests then battery replaced. Fixed faucet.
2nd stay - love this hotel
This is our second stay and we definitely will come again. Their service is outstanding and the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The mini kitchen is quite handy. All the staff are very helpful

Great location. Walkable to Del Mar racetrack, beaches and lots of restaurants. Quiet room. Food onsite and free parking was nice.

Nice pool and hot tub - little cafe was pleasant
Only disappointment was “ocean view” which we requested- could see blue in the distance but thought we would be closer based on picture .

Overall this wasn't the best experience I've had at a best western.
First of all we arrived around 7:30 p.m. and we're promptly checked into a handicap accessible room. When I asked to have a standard room they told me none were available.
I suggested to them that if I wanted a handicap accessible room I would have reserved one at the time of booking. The shower was conducive for someone in a wheelchair but not someone standing up with tons of bath products. They were unwilling to accommodate a move the entire trip.
Additionally I called in advance and asked to ask about getting a higher floor. I was told a note was going on my reservation and that wouldn't be a problem. Except when I checked in I didn't get that either.
And the additional that I paid for an ocean view was obstructed by buildings and parking structures with exception of a little sliver here and there.
Then there was the mouse droppings all over the patio. I'm not even sure where to go with that.
I will say the bed was pretty comfortable.
