Our stay at mercure da nang french village ba na hills was quiet good. The location of the property is excellent and the views are magnificent. Would recommend everyone planning a visit to ba na hills to at least stay here for a night to experience the beauty of the place at night & sunrise at golden bridge. The only thing that disappointed us here was that the Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills provided only 2 complimentary bottles of water(400 ml each) and charged vend 50, 000(170 inr) per extra bottle. Also had to pay for cable car tickets approximately 2500 inr per person in order to access the cable car to reach to the property, which should’ve been a part of the room charges only. If the property is at ba na hills and the only way to reach there is by cable cars, then how could Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills be charging for the same as an extra service? disregard these 2 things and i would rate my experience as 10/10

The property is very beautiful and is an amazing experience in itself. Located away from the hustle bustle the place is almost a french village in vietnam. The only shortcoming is the hidden fees that the Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills charges and the same is also not included in the money paid to make my trip. The amount is about - which is significant and is directly paid to the Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills.

Love the experience here it was magical. If you visit ba na hills it’s a must stay at mercure. They upgraded our rooms for free as we were on our wedding celebration. Superb hospitality and attention to detail. Very customer centric staff. We were attended by miss cécé at restaurant and she served us to most optimum service. Overall clean and elegant Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. Reminds me of Paris.

The process right from the check-in was smooth. The staff was always helpful from carrying the luggage to pointing us to the right restaurant, they were always ready to help. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast spread was huge and we had lots of vegetarian options. It was great to start the day having breakfast with french village in backdrop at the outside seating area of the restaurant.

A place away from Vietnam in Vietnam. The weather, the whole set up was completely different from down. The cable car experience was the best! The Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills has a separate entrance and separate queue for the cable car which makes us feel special and happy to have booked the Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hillss at Mercure.

The rooms are pretty decent but the service was slow. The number of staffs are not sufficient when compared to the visitors. We had to carry our luggage ourselves. No one was there to assist. Also, be ready to pay extra money to reach your room via cable car. The same is not included and it’s not mentioned in the exclusions as well.

A very beautiful property in a very beautiful hill station - french village. Their indoor heated swimming pool is the best. Buffet breakfast is mind blowing. The european music that they play all day long is very soothing to the ears.

I had the best Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills view room facing the central place. Everything- the foid, the service, transfers, was perfect. I left my mobile charger in my room and the next day i received a message about it. Probably i love the place ban a hills and the mercure Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

Location of the Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills is very good. Rooms are decent not too big. Food options are limited for vegetarians. I found it weird that coffee was not available after 10 pm. Water was chargeable after initial free bottle.

Beautifully constructed city on top of the hill. It was like a trip to European Town. A wonderland Staying at the Mercure, helped us get to the Golden bridge in the evening when we enjoyed the beauty all for ourselves. An evening walk in that romantic village is mesmerizing.
