Good location and decent stay for indian family

It is a decent hotel in a great location and in hanoi as you hardly stay in hotel, this is an good option. Breakfast options are not much for vegetarian so be prepared for that.

Clean and spacious rooms

The hotel stay was very comfortable. Great location. Everything was at a walking distance. All the tour pickups available from the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us. Over all it was an amazing stay. Room was clean and spacious.

The rooms were not good enough. There were no rods in the cupboards to hang cloths. Also the locker was locked and not usable the ac ducts were not proper. The breakfast was extremely bad

The only good thing is location
towels in toilet are below mark and old
breakfast is horrible most of the things are out of stock by 8. 15 am

The breakfast spread is terrible by 8. 45 am most of the food is out of stock this is not acceptable

Polite staff and a decent budget hotel. Food wise, our room came with a complimentary breakfast buffet. Spread was limited and with mostly pork and meat. Limited options for vegetarians. The place was hygienic but a little cramped

Was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the elegant ambiance of the hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant attractions. I particularly enjoyed the spa services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The dining options were also excellent, offering a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff truly set this hotel apart. I highly recommend beryl charm hotel & spa to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience in hanoi. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city!

Stayed here for like a day. It's based in old quarter which allows you to have better connectivity with the other places. The plus point was they allowed us to check in early. The train street is at walking distance from this place.

Small room, nothing veg, barely 4 star

Rooms were small, veg menu is limited, but was cheap, hence you cannot expect much. Location is good 4 star is just for the name in vietnam
It was a cozy stay. The ambience was really good. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very polite and helpful. We were lucky to have miss paula who made the stay amazing.

I stayed here in 2020 and it was one of the best hotel then. Now this is below average as the ac doesn't work. Most of the lights have gone bad. No proper maintanance of the bathroom, linens etc. Not a good place to stay now.

In a week, I stayed twice as my flight got postponed. A very good, convenient place to stay. So many markets, tourists spots nearby. Very good committed staff. Overall, I had a great experience and would opt this place for the future as well. Cleanliness of the room and linens are superb!

Yes, this hotel is a very good place to stay. There are shops nearby. The staff at the reception is very polite, receptive, and helpful. The breakfast spread should be more. Very neat and clean. Service is excellent.
