    Worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Nothing worked, and they just didn't care to try and resolve anything.

    Golden Lotus is located right in the most happening area of Hà Nội. Though the rooms are smaller than what the pics indicate, the place itself was awesome. The best thing about the stay here was food - the breakfast buffet was lavish, and the tastiest fare we had in the whole trip of Vietnam.
