The stay at the elios hotel was comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. I stayed in 3 different rooms and all were up to standard. Breakfast was included in the stay and i was happy with the variety. The lady at the reception was a bit unfriendly at times. Overall 4 out of 5.

Elios hotel is located at a very convenient location, right at the centre of all major attractions and markets. However, some points to be kept in mind, while travel-ling to vietnam, any extra room supplies are either not available or available at a charge, including any extra bottles of water. We had to step out to buy water, because the hotel refused to supply even as a paid service. Also, the rooms were stinking throughout the time because of poor ventilation and maintenance.

The service here is terrible. Even though the room was ready we were asked to pay 500000 dong if we wanted to check in early, to which we refused and within 10 mins the person came over n asked 200000 dong is the last price n u can check in early. Also to which there was no receipt provided so it surely went to the receptionist pocket. The brkfast was also bad. Also for the checkout the receptionist called sharp at 12 n if we don’t checkout sharp at 12 we are supposed to pay extra. Which hav never seen in any hotel all around the world. So had the worst experience here. The rooms were decent enough but the service was extraordinary bad. Also thy did not help with the local seightseeing al the prices quoted by the hotel wer double to what it actually was in the market.

Elios hotel is on p ham ngu street which is in district 1 and most of the city attractions are near to it like been thanh market is just on the walking distance, walking street is just behind it and central market is just infront of it. Also the street has nice, reasonable massage shops, travel agents and currency exchange shops. Also you can find daily needs shop, all types of restraunt and atm in 1 minute walking distance. Also if you want to go to war remnant museum, independence palace, post office etc you can get buses from here the bus stand is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. My stay was good, hotel is clean, staff is really nice, i booked from india and there was no issue in checking in as reached in morning at 3:30 am also hotel can book you cabs and tours on reasonable rates. My only issue was with the food as i am a pure vegetarian i didn't have much option in the breakfast menu. It can be also my problem because i am an indian and it did not have any indian food in the servings. Rest hotel doesn't allow smoking in the rooms so you either go out or on the 12th floor.

After a long flight while i booked for superior deluxe with twin bed, the front desk staff was giving me a tiny room with queen size bed and kept saying she dint have any room. While i was traveling with my old mom who was hungry and tired i had to get into argument. After which i was given a better room. Second instance, they did not provide plates and spoon while we ordered food. They asked for double the cost for airport transportation. Extremely low exchange rate as compared to others in neighbourhood. Charged half day cost for room while i requested to extend for 2 hours. (which is usually free if the hotel is not sold out)

To stay in hotel elios is value for the money. The Hotel is equipped with all necessary amenities & the staff of Hotel is always welcome the guest with a smiling face. I love my stay in Vietnam

The hotel is located in the business location of district one. The price offered is very good. Reasonably good breakfast though limited choice for vegetarian food. We have many Indian food restaurants nearby. Will recommend for staying.

Great location, good value for money rooms. Helpful staff. I stayed there for 2 days, you can find good restaurants to eat nearby. Has a beautiful park in front of it, where you can enjoy your evening walk.

This hotel is located at the centre of the city... And the rooms were decent with good service as well. The thing that stood out for me was the breakfast, which was actually a value for money! Should plan to stay here if you want to have a good value deal.

Nice hotel location and very close to the markets and city center area. Pricing is quite reasonable and pure value for money. Don't expect high star rating experience as it may be somewhere between 2 and 3. Breakfast is best part about the stay.

I stayed for 3 nights in single room. Room was spacious and clean. Big lobby gives you breathing space and rooftop restaurant time to relax and watch city from the top. I am vegetarian but had few options available for a decent buffet Breakfast. Hotel is bang opposite a lush green city garden - If you get time stroll or jog till 12 Midnight - its secure.

I and my friend Sasi Kumar stayed at this hotel from 9. 11. 2016 to 13. 216 and we enjoyed the stay here. The Hotel is centrally located and best of all there is a nice large park right opposite to the hotel were you can relax with a morning or evening walk and meet the locals and see what they do to relax. The Hotel is very clean and kept very clean. We were put-up in a senior room no. 1001 at the 10th floor. The bed is made daily and the toilet is clean. Every thing in and about the hotel feels fresh and new. The breakfast is great with a nice and wide range of breakfast cuisine and one can always ask for freshly made omelet or bulls eye etc as they have a live hot plate catered by a chef. The skyline of the city from the roof top restaurant of this hotel is awesome. The most welcome surprise for me was ... I found a pair of nice and new rubber slippers waiting for us in the room .. (Actually I could not take my sneakers along as I was to attended the Vietwater Trade show and had brought my leather shoes instead. Overall ... Nice feel good taste good living and most importantly all the shopping centers are at a walk able distance including the Saigon Square and the Ben Than Market where you can find interesting things at a reasonable price. The night life party scene is happening just around the block. I would recommend the Elios Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Ho chin Minh City.

I am fortunate even so lucky to choose elios for 3 Night stay.. Perfectly positioned in district 1, whereas the frontdesk staff are not only polite, very kind enough for our enquiries. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is decent, so what else if anybody likes to visit HCM. You can try simply.

Really a good hotel with an evening market, lively street besides. Also have 2 Indian food points nearby. We shall be happy to repeat the stay next time. It was an easy access and area is also good. Booking through make my trip was easy and we got almost 50 % disc counted rate.
