We checked in for 2 days, and during check-in, the receptionist asked for my debit card and directly debited 3k without informing, stating it's a security deposit and it will be returned in 7 to 14 days. Why does the hotel need a deposit after we have checked out? it should be known that people travel on a limited budget and such things should be avoided, especially when there is a language barrier. Now i have to put my hands on my chin and wait for the deposit to come. Also, it classifies as a 5 star property that didn't smell like one and had so much dust in ac vents, which didn't even work so well.

It was soo good to stay with parkroyal saigon with lots of memories. Staff had been really supportive as we were facing luggage issues with vietnam airlines. Breakfast and drinks were sooo good with many healthy options. Thankyou soo much for your kind support once again.

First day they had given wrong room then change but there was no space for extra bed in 2nd room so we manage in one bed only in whole stay and every day they put water 2 water and bathroom kit for two-person and every day we need to ask them that we are 3 people so arrange 3 water botel and bathroom kit for three person.

Nice Hotel and good staff helping. Rooms were clean and up to the standard. Everything was in order. Just wanted room on higher floor. Apart from this no negative point. Breafast too had good variety. Location very much near airport And nice pool side view.
