Hotel is in core business center and approachable to any place from there. Good facilities swimming pool, gym and sauna

Poor Stay

They take enormous time in check in, telephone of room was never in order for entire period of stay which they always failed to repair despite of numerous reminder, no in room service for food, no swimming pool, no sauna, no spa all fake claims

Room telephone was out of order and they failed to do the needful during entire 4 days stay, no food, no in house kitchen, not a great experience
Took long time to find the bookings. No extra tea coffee supplies. I offered to pay extra but she said only two sachets per day.

Very neat and clean hotel. Excellent room with a kitchenette consisting of big fridge, microwave, cutlery, toaster, tea coffee maker etc. Breakfast is useless for vegetarians. Excellent location. All the landmarks are within a 1 km.

The staff was very good & helpful. Room was clean but very small as per price of saigon. No restaurant but the staff guided and helped to get food delivered. Breakfast spread was not good and choice for most indian like me who doesn’t take beef or pork is very limited.

Was there for 4 nights with my family. Rooms very clean. Lots of restaurants & cafes just downstairs. Many k circle 24 hours stores around. Just 5 - 7 minutes cab drive to district 1. Would like to mention mr. Tai at reception was very helpful. We used to ask him which are the best sights to look around & visit in ho chi minn city and he gave us the best results. Thank you citadines saigon for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location and clean room

The room was neat clean and had everything you need. The tv has a mix of local and international channels. The location is everything you could ask for in saigon right in the middle of good area of the city. Plenty of options to eat and drink around. Lots of supermarkets. The only downside of staying here was the reception. We always had to deal with trainees who had no real solutions for anything we asked. Everything else about the stay was nice and pleasant
