    Terrible Stay

    I had to cancel my booking due to a close relative passing away. They have not refunded the money even though it is mentioned that the hotel will refund in such cases. I have informed 4 days earlier as well. Also do not book through make my trip. They do not assist you in this process as well.

    KK Sapa Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a cozy, scenic stay in Sapa. The rooms are spacious and clean, with big windows or balconies that offer amazing mountain and valley views. The breakfast buffet is a good mix of local and international dishes, and the on-site restaurant serves up tasty Vietnamese favorites. They also have a spa and a heated indoor pool—perfect after a day of hiking. The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or tour bookings. The location is close to main attractions like Sapa Market and Fansipan Mountain, making it easy to explore. It’s a bit pricier than other spots in Sapa, but the quality, views, and overall experience make it worth it.

    The hotel was excellent. Room balcony views were great. Room was great. Reasonably close to sap a station and city centre.

    Hotel is superb and big. Hotel offers access from zero level and 15 level too. Rooms are good and clean and offer superb views of mountains. Hotel is far from city center - approx 15 mins walk. Spa is good and offer good spread of services.
