Overall great location and superb hotel. The rooms are well appointed - we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Beach is just a short walk away and that makes it a great hotel.

Apartment stay not hotel

Peppers Soul is very good for families looking for apartments with kitchenette for cooking. It has lovely ocean views and perfect location. We had requested for a early check in after a Long flight but did not get it. Limited staff and no personal touch with guests is what distinguishes these apartments from a fully serviced hotel.

500% value for the money. Great location, scenic view, spacious apartment, it’s the best place to live in the Gold Coast, happening place just under the hotel lively street and on the beach.

We have had an extremely bad experience with Make My Trip. Our property was excellent and have no complaints regarding the property. Make My Trip has cheated us by selling an apartment under the name of Pepper Soul which was not actually managed by Peppers. It was in the same building but not managed by Peppers. The entire staff of Peppers soul was confused when we showed them our confirmed, fully paid voucher. MMT has sold us an Airbnb property under the name of Peppers where we did not have any room service. It took 3 hours for the hotel to understand what was wrong with the voucher and got a room very late. I had spoken to Zabad Christy (an MMT employee) while we were stuck up at the hotel reception and figuring out the issue. This employee did not even bother to get back to us while we were in trouble. In the end when the confusion was solved we were made to go and get the key of the apartment from another location 6kms away from the building.

Excellent location. All of their rooms offer fantastic sea view. The restaurant has a small range of options but there are hundreds of good quality restaurants including Indian rest in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are very well appointed with good amenities including a washer and a dryer. The Cable TV range is a bit inadequate but we hardly had time for that. Overall an excellent choice.

Excellent rooms with probably the best view you can find in Surfers Paradise. They are like service apartments with many daily amenities readily available in the room itself. The staff is very courteous. The location of the hotel itself is right in the middle of all the fun activity at Surfers. Must stay.
