Room was good but internet is very bad. Will not recommend for professional workers. Oaks on collins have better internet

I had a great stay at Oaks. Located very conveniently right opposite the train Station and in the free tram zone. The staff were friendly and the facilities were just perfect. Overall, a great stay at Oaks On William

The Hotel is great deal for the price tag. Best part about this Hotel is it's location in tplushe City centre and next to is a Park so view is awesome . You can walk down to the Park and enjoy the sunshine any time of the day. Another point the free tram Station is outside the Hotel so you need not even walk for the transport. Best for family and friends.

Location was good. We did not try at the food at the hotel. The staff were good. We liked our room. Clean and good. Had a good view from our room.

Studio apartment of the hotel where we stayed had all the facilities available inside room along with modern kitchen. Hence as a pure vegetarian traveller, you can cook your own food like some instant noodles or other veggies breakfast. Many Indian hotels are also located in same area of hotel. The hotel is Located just in front of a beautiful garden where you can have your morning walk. Cleanliness is good. Not sure about hotel food.

It was a nice checking in experience. The concierge is very helpful and all the staff are great. This just overlooks the St Kilda road which is a good place to be in. We also enjoyed the breakfast there which is extremely good. The plunge pool is very relaxing. Overall, a comfortable stay for the money.

The lobby staff were friendly and willing to help out with most of our queries. Rooms were immaculate and very contemporary. Beds were comfortable and kitchen equipment was way beyond our expectations. All in all we had a good stay.

Many things good about this hotel. Location, ease to deal with, systems, ambience. Their WiFi policy was not user friendly. I stayed for about 12 nights. Last three days housekeeping did below average job. Leaving few things aside as mentioned above, this hotel is recommended to stay.
