Terrible Stay

The hotel room was dirty. The room floor mat had dust and overall the premises were not very clean. The photos of the hotel shown are very much different from the actual experience. Even the bathtub was not very clean. The taps were very tight to open and few taps were leaking.

Grievance not responded to in time we wanted to make few modifications but it was not addressed to in 5 nights we stayed at the property.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The cleanliness of the toilets were also good. House keeping and room service needs improvement

Worst hotel in sydney cbd

Only good part is central location. Rude reception people. No water tap in common area. Receptionist asked me to fill water from bathtub tap which is psychologically not acceptable. Small size rooms with absolutely no facilities. Really bad experience.

The evening was bit rude. Told us that wifi is not working but it was working. Rooms are very congested. Bathroom are even more congested. Toilet seat is even more congested in between that even sitting is difficult. Not more than 2 star Hotel. Breakfast not good. Didn't even allow half an hour delayed check out. Bed has wheels without stoppers that kept moving whole night when you turn. Very small wash basin which has a rack just above makes it difficult even to bend and do face wash.

Located in central. Best place to stay if you want to stay in downtown. Walkable distance to central station for metro rail access. Surrounded by many hangouts places. For me shuttling was easy to roam around Sydney. Staff was good. Breakfast was excellent. Budget stay, won't end up spending more money.

Won't recommend to stay

Won't recommend to stay as far as location is good it's in the centre heart of city but rooms as very small and wash rooms are very small. Moreover a place like Sydney they need to improve much and worst part was I was travelling with a handicap and they don't have private parking and suffered too much.
This is one of the decent hotels with good food & Service. The location wont be an issue for travelers using public transport, Food is good and so is the service. We had been there on a long weekend and prices were quite reasonable. Overall, a good value for your money.

Good Stay

Location is very close to central station and central railway station bus stop hop on hop close to Darling harbour, and various shopping places. They also provided us early check in as well 10:00 am.
