Terrible Stay

Location was good but staff was rude. Denied to give water in room. No housekeeping staff came. Asked for dental kit and it din come. I. Has taken my own. I had asked for concierge to help me to take my luggage and told me it will take half an hour but then another white person also had and asked for luggage transfer to room and they immediately provided him the concierge who went with him. Felt wierd. Housekeeping din come for next two days

Excellent location, in the main market street of the cbd and close to metro and tram stations. Clean rooms and good food

Swissotel is one of the best european hotel chains in the world. The location for this was amazing. Hotel is minimalist and modern. Great city views and rooms. Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the hustle bustle of eateries, shopping and whatnot!

Our stay at the Swissotel was fantastic, it was located centrally and all the spots were walking distance from the hotel. It's located in the heart of City. The check in was smooth and we got an upgrade too! I would highly recommend it to all as it's very well located.

The hotel is fabulous & centrally located. Service is excellent. It brings the real 5 star class. The staff is cordial, the food was good. All facilities were excellent. After my stay in other hotels in the area, I really enjoyed my stay in Swissotel. Money well spent.

Big pillow & can not sleep properly

Please change pillow too big, can not sleep properly, get some other options for the same also I upgraded room free and after sometimes reception denied and again gave me upgraded room please feed data properly in the system.
