    The room was not ready when we went the check-in time was 2pm we went at 3pm qnd we were made to wait 45mins for the room to get ready. There was a lot of cigarette smoke in the room. There was no daily cleaning of the rooms the towels and linens were stinking, even after telling multiple times they weren't changed in the whole 5 days. They used to not give water bottles, soaps, toothpaste, etc. We had to call for each and every single thing 4/5 times
