Location very good. Food OK. Service mediocre. Small property with excellent star Hotel grandeur missing. No luxurious look or ambience. Car service provided there an arrangement with small time operator. Charges like excellent star Hotel but car dilapidated with no liveried driver without knowledge of city routes. Car was shutting off repeatedly while on traffic jams with ac barely managing temperature during day time. This is despite requesting them to offer a good car and driver knowing English and ways of Dhaka. Car was without a GPS. Overall lack of professionalism observed.

The location of the Six Seasons Hotel is in prime area from where everything is assailable, the behavior of all staff starting from security to reception are very nice. The breakfast is wide spread and reverting is fresh and testy. We enjoyed every moment in the Six Seasons Hotel, will definitely stay in this Six Seasons Hotel in future.

Super location for business travelers as Six Seasons Hotel is located in Gulshan- 1, supported with very nice breakfast. Room cleanliness and hospitality was also best. Highly recommended for business travelers or one with the family.

The staff at Hotel from entrance to housekeeping to restaurants make extra effort for the guests comfort. Food in all the restaurants is really great.
