    Arrived at the property around 8pm, but found no one at reception. Despite not receiving a code to open the lock, i attempted to call with no answer. Even my local friend's multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered. Over that, unable to cancel my booking, i had to spend a dreadful night at brussels airport before my early morning flight. The booking voucher provided no indication of staff unavailability at that hour. This whole unfortunate experience left me feeling disheartened and deceived in a foreign country. At least issue me a refund for this awful experience!
