Peacefully stay by the riverside

My experience was good, we travelled as a group of 7 people, arriving the Hotel Phunsum on bikes. I was awestruck by the view from the window and next day I went out by the riverside before sunrise. I really loved the view from my window. Hotel staff was very polite and welcoming and considered all of our requests. For the price we paid it was the best experience I could imagine with a serene view. The Hotel Phunsum receptionist even stood there to bid us goodbye when we left. I apologize if we created noise during our stay in the Hotel Phunsum, as we were 7 guys we couldn't help it .

We stayed 2 nights. All staffs are good. But the rooms are not suitable for 3 persons. Even though we booked for three persons we were told that no extra cost, not available but only mattress on ground provided which we did not take and stayed by joining. Surprisingly, it is noted that just opposite to our room there are 3 court arrangements for the guest booked on spot. I felt bad for this action of the Hotel Phunsumier. Food is not that quality to have value for money. It seems all across Bhutan.

The Hotel Phunsum is located at a prime spot in the main town but is still cut off by a few streets so it gives you the privacy. Best place to stay in if you want to take a stroll around the town, buy some souvenirs or just unwind. The view from the window is breathtaking. Overall highly recommended to anyone.

Exceptional help they accepted transfer to account and gave me cash. They provided heater when I called to inform that I was feel cold. I was traveling solo and despite the location was a few steps from the main road, I didn't doubt the security.

Awesome place to stay and the behavior of the people is mind blowing. Really we enjoyed and the staffs of the Hotel Phunsum is so good that we felt that we are in our home. Must go for it.

This Hotel is very good. The Hotel staffs are very helpful. The location is a bit odd but the stay is satisfying. I liked the Hotel. Would recommend it to people who are looking for budget travel in Paro, Bhutan.

Hotel is good. Staff are helpful. Rooms are small but the location is best 5 minutes away from Indian restaurant like Mountain Cafe and Lotus Bistro. Good nightlife nearby like park 76 and Club Insomnia.

We stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights during our visit to Paro. The Hotel is a bit old with clean rooms and polite staff (that provides good hospitality) is located within a 300m radius of the City market.

The Hotel is situated in the heart of the City. Paro Dzong is at walking distance. My room got decent facilities. At this price, I must say it's a decent Hotel. It also got a good restaurant.
