We booked deluxe double room with bathtub in it. They gave us a room without Bath tub. When we asked them for a room with Bath tub initially they refused and said all rooms with bathtub are booked. Later they gave us a room with Bath tub in it but in that room hot water was not coming and they couldn't fix it. We checked out the next morning without using the Bath tub.

Perfect and comfortable

Our stay for a couple of days was fantastic. Room size was pretty big. Heater working perfectly. Good view. And great hospitality. Breakfast and dinner were nice as well. Definitely coming here again.

The hotel is aesthetically designed

The hotel is well maintained and looks awesome. But its about 5 to 6 kms from the main town area and shopping places. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Food is expensive and not suitable to the Indian palate. The hotel is very close to a big shopping mall. To go to town and shopping area taxi charges are Rs. 120 only.
