As a new immigrant to Canada first two day stay in hotel was awesome. The staff were great. Room service was also good. Breakfast loved it as was included. So overall was great.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly a representative named Mellissa was incredibly rude and I've never been treated in this way by any customer service person ever let alone someone working in hospitality. We raised our concerns to them regarding the length of time they take to return a security deposit and were never once even offered an apology for the overall experience or lack of communication by their front desk staff. This hotel will take 3-5 business days to return your deposit without telling the guest. The overall experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable and we would never recommend this establishment to any of our friends or family.

Had a transit night stay

Distance from airport in km/min driving was not clearly mentioned. During late check in at around 0050 hours, except front desk, no one was available. In spite of intimation in advance about delayed flt, had to wait an hour for pick up in this winter night. Menu available in complimentary break fast was horrible. Even egg is chargeable. Service need improvement.

Good hotel to stay, luggage shifting, etc is self-service as it is a culture in Canada, food is Canadian style only even if committed to being Indian.

Hotel was clean but packed service orientation from the staff. They could care less about customer service. Advantage of being close to the airport is lost by the 3 hourly free shuttle service. Included in fare but can't be availed most often. Breakfast was below par.

I being vegetarian did not have any variety except for bread and fruits, nothing special for vegetarian where as for non vegetarian there are couple of additional options.

Friendly and helpful staff

I booked it for 2 nights stay but due to cancellation of the flight I stayed only one night. I requested for late checkout but they denied. Overall hotel was good.

4 nights and 5 days family stay at Monte Carlo Mississauga

4 nights and 5 days family holiday trip to Toronto. Hotel only provides with semi warm breakfast. No eggs, no cold cuts just buns, pastries, fruits never refilled, corn flakes, and coffee. Better to go in for a hotel without breakfast as you need to pay min. Cad 6 am tax per person just for eggs and become. We were and paid for 3 persons but in the room everything including paper coffee mugs were provided for two only and on the third day no coffee mugs were provided. Rooms are very small and stuffed with 2 queen bed. Hardly any space to move around. Hotel does not have any travel arrangements except an hourly Airport shuttle service. Luckily having relations and friends in Toronto helped us move around. Will not advice persons travelling for the first time to go in for this hotel.

Hotel went out of the way to accommodate my request for pick up when I missed my shuttle. I really appreciate that. Stay was also very comfortable.

Not good as expected, need to have more improvement. Any extra orders like egg is chargeable, need to purchase water bottles for kiosk

It was a good hotel. Value for money. Good location. Best for the airport travellers of Toronto pearson international airport. They also provide a good breakfast. Have rooms for the families of four or three and also for couples
