Absolutely loved it. Quality from top to bottom. Cost,quiet,excellent food,friendly ,helpful stuff,the whole interior design-perfect! The only think I really didn’t like was the temperature at the sauna which needs to be adjusted,it was so hot that after three minutes I felt I was being burned. It’s definitely a health hazard,especially for people who are not very experienced with saunas . Otherwise,highly recommended ,will definetly come back!
A 5 star hotel that rates 3 stars
I booked this hotel thinking it was a five star resort however, when I arrived at the hotel, we were met by two lovely ladies working the front desk. One of them turned out to be a bell woman which is fine. She handled my bags. When I got to the room, I was very disappointed. It was very small. It was clean. The decor looked old. However I was told it was only two years old. The bathroom was very antiquated. There was not enough storage room in the bathroom. The closets were very small. The only thing things that were good. I engaged with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and agreed to move us to a different room, which was a bit better. It was very warm in Paris and the AC was not up to a 5 star hotel, however they did give us a fan that worked nicely.
Top-notch staff, upscale but relaxed tone, comfortable room, quiet but in the heart of Paris. Perfect.
We really only had one comment/issue. There was no where to store clothing. The closet had no shelving so we had to live out of our suitcases. The staff who cleaned the rooms daily did an amazing job. We were not the neatest people and come back daily to an immaculate room.
Every time we entered the room there was an unpleasant smell; not what is expected in a hotel of this caliber and cost!

samuel.partnerJun 04, 2023 This hotel is a little gem in Paris. Having been several times and previously staying at the larger well known 5 star hotels, I took a chance at this boutique hotel. And it was well worth it! The location is exceptional, the staff were 5 star and it was quiet and not crowded. It was the perfect retreat for me and my partner. We will definitely be back! Merci
400 euros security deposit at the arrival is not what I expected. Still waiting to get it back 2 days after checkout…

great hotel in the hear of Paris. you can pretty much walk everywhere from there...the Lovre, Orsay, shopping, great restaurants.

elaine.friendsJul 06, 2022 This is my second stay in less than 3 months. This is a very chic hotel with perfect service. Everyone there is working hard to give a 5-star experience. The hotel design is handsome and every detail is well-considered. Understated luxury for people in-the-know. The basement spa has a sauna and body-temp plunge pool. I highly recommend having the hotel organize an in-room massage before or after your personal use of the spa/sauna (you reserve it for one hour for personal use). One of my favorite city hotels in the world; service as good as the legendary JK Place Roma. You will not regret booking here. Do not miss the chocolate mousse at the restaurant.
