We had a wonderful time and felt perfectly at home at Les Deux Girafes! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. When in Paris again, I would definitely stay here!
laure.partnerJul 14, 2024 Superb hotel in the 11th district, very quiet street off Ave Parmentier. Owner and staff extremely welcoming. Attention to details in every aspect of our stay: hotel/room deco & amenities with beauty standing bath and top range Nespresso machine. Quiet outdoor sitting area surrounded by trees and the ‘giraffe’. Easy walkable distance to many restaurants, 20 min easy walk from place des Vosges and very lively Marais area, 30min from notre dame/gare de Lyon but also easy access to public transports both bus/metro. A little gem in Paris!

In a fantastic neighborhood. Good service. Quiet. Close to many great restaurants and cocktail bars. Easy walk to 3 different metro stations.
The staff are terrific. Very knowledgeable about the area, and Paris in general. Always willing to help.
Big room by Paris standards
Great stay! The hotel took my info online before check in and had everything all ready when we arrived - including some special requests for the room. The room was large, comfortable and quiet, and staff was friendly and helpful. Really great experience.
The hotel is cute, clean & minimalist, However, during our 4 nights there, the elevator was down 3 out 4. It was a little annoying especially we had a stroller and a few luggages to carry up & down (when we check in and out). Regarding room service, they either have a few cleaning people taking turns to clean our room or just one bipolar person. The room and clothes would be well organized one day and the next day, my kid’s stuff animal would be on the floor. They never replaced or clean our glasses/cups, It was like their rules to drink the dirty cups or just clean them yourself! The front desk staff was okay, not rude nor friendly.
Hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming and friendly. They were are very kind and efficient stavery fun area of Paris. I need to come back and explore more of this arrondissement.
dorothy.familySep 11, 2023 This is a lovely small hotel in walking distance to the Maris museums, shops, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are a nice size for French standards. The breakfast room buffet is enjoyable.

carmela.familyAug 16, 2023 My sister and I stayed here. We both loved it. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated and our rooms were spacious for Paris (but we did opt for the larger rooms). The only thing is my room had a bathtub no standing shower and hers did. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Great restaurants in the area and close to many metro stations, highly recommend!
nancy.friendsJul 30, 2023 The property was very nice, BUT the rooms are TOO small, need a dresser and real nightstands! Also, I didn't care for the property across the street. I wasn't sure if it was an apartment building or what, but it wasn't nice to look out the window or door and see all that graffiti.
However, the front desk staff was AMAZING, very helpful and accommodating!
The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating EVERYDAY!!
I would recommend this property if these small issues were corrected.
Everything was amazing. Super modern super clean. Paris is great great with lots of history and character but sometimes it’s nice to stay in an updated and modern accommodation. We loved our stay and will be back. Staff was 10/10. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
tatiana.partnerJun 22, 2023 We actually liked the hotel itself, modern with excellent Air conditioner! That initself won our hearts because everywhere we went in France / Paris there was no or very weak air conditioning
Breakfast was great, morning chef made us great omelette and fried eggs, best buffet breakfast we had for most reasonable price!
But location we found out was inconvenient for us, far from main touristy sites, we had to get taxis to go to the center. But younger people could walk. All in all we had a good experience during our 2 night stay in this hotel.
