    The behavior of staff and front desk was very arrogant. It felt like they do not care about business and guest. I will not choose ot anymore. Pathetic experience.

    Had a pleasant stay and

    Hotel is located in La Defense city center and veru near to metro station. We didn't find any difficulties in identifying the hotel. The staff are very customer friendly and polite. Facilities are pretty much good and rooms are spacious enough(we booked room for 4). They allowed early check in for us, that too in early morning. But please note that it strictly depends on room availability.

    The location is what I liked the most. It is near to Mall, Metro Station of Esplanade the La Defence. Near to coach station. Connectivity is critical in Paris. Thanks MMT. The Rooms are clean but bit small for two of-course for the option I availed - Studio.

    This resort is a good maintained place with fitness-room and massage center. The rooms have an electric heater, because it is cold in the night. The restaurant is a vegetarian one and the waiters are not good in understanding English! The food is average.

    The hotel apartment is well maintained. Just wish the rooms were slightly bigger so that there is enough space for movement. Also, some food service should be made available. Being located close to the metro station is a big advantage for the guests.

    Excellent Stay

    The place is just 100 yards from Tube and Metro Station. Staff were very nice. It is neat and clean. Value for money. One feels at home. Since studio with kitchen and basic amenities. Nice place for holidays at lower cost compared to nearby hotels.
