Location - can’t be better - direct access to eiffel tower; easy to check-in and check-out. Easy access to public transport. Decent food. Good room amenities

It is by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. It’s super clean the staff is extremely warm. And if there’s any memberships for pullman i would love to take that!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view of eiffel tower, the service of excellent, room was upgraded by the hotel management tht was excellent gesture by pullman. Would recommend people only to stay in pullman

Amazing view, best location

The location of the property is amazing and worth every penny you spend for the room. The view from the room of the eiffel is mesmerising, also its just a 5 min walk if you want to go near eiffel tower. In and around property you have great locations to take pictures, great cafes. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed a lot.

Location is good but the rooms are very tiny and specially the washroom has literally no space. The air conditioning didn’t work properly as it was very hot in the room

Great location and staff. Food in room service could be better. Room sizes are smaller than expected. Overall good experience and loved connectivity to everywhere by metro due to awesome hotel location

i loved the stay at pullman, the reception guy upgraded us to the room with the eiffel tower view, and also kept our luggages sage after check out. i already shared. it was perfect

The stay was good. The check out took me close to 45 minutes and the staff didn't help that much, even after I requested them to do a quick check out, as I had a flight to catch.

Close to the Eiffel tower

The hotel was very close to the Eiffel tower. This really makes it one of the best places to stay as you can visit this iconic structure at any point of the day or even late in the night. The hotel is also close to the metro Station making the commute easy.

Hotel staff is irresponsible. Check in time is 3 PM and we requested for early check in but instead we waited till 6 PM for check in procedure. After such a hectic journey from Switzerland to Paris we get to wait for almost 4 hours.
