Had a hard time in finding the hotel location as it was inside and no visible bigger name boards. Apart from that everything is good.

Very compact rooms. Same breakfast buffet for 3 days. Air conditioning was not working in the room, it was too hot inside and i was unable to sleep. When complained about air-conditioning, we were told to open the windows and let the cool air come in.

Very small room with bare minimum facilities. Queen bed, no sofa bed, heater is always on makes hot days even worse.

The hotel was alright, nothing fancy. Fyi there are no bidets in this hotel. Service is alright. I had money and a credit card stolen by housekeeping. When i complained about this, they informed me that i could take it up with the police. Seemed unprofessional and such an easy way to get a tourist to keep quiet about the problem. Who would want to deal with super long procedures with the police on their vacation in a new and unfamiliar place? the food was alright, the same breakfast every day. A la carte menu choices seem to be alright, but a bit pricey for what it is. Also, i booked the room with a single bed and they made up some story informing me that they called up my "company" and said that the room was unavailable and they'd be providing a room with 2 separate beds instead. Which "company" is this and why am i not getting the room that i've booked and paid for?

Great location and clean rooms, but service could improve

I recently stayed at ibis tbilisi stadium, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, which added to the pleasant stay. However, i was disappointed by the behavior of two male staff members. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall stay was satisfactory, but the service could certainly be improved to enhance the guest experience.
