Nice reception with a good bar counter and seating. Neat and clean rooms and washroom. Cosy and comfortable bed. Usb b and c port both with 2 charging pin for each bed.

I didn't get the locker key. When i called the host. He said, it should be around. I need to look for it, as if i am playing treasure hunt. My safe password didn't work. I wasn't an issue because i didn't intend to use it. There is no kitchen just a heads up. Its small place. Few plus points are. 1 - it was very clean 2- if you manage to get the keys to locker. Its a big one. Your trolley can easily get in. 3- location was good

Very dynamic environment, the bar section was super place to relax and socialize with other guests. Cost effective option in heart of Berlin. Staff is very hospitable.

Good location facilities was not up to the mark

I have stayed here with my friends for this new year. Location was perfect in alexanderplatz with bus stand close by. Hostel looked good from outside and good security. The problems we had was toilet doors were broken in my floor and one toilet have door. The other one with door flush was not working. We had a hard time with toilet in our floor. We can't access other floor toilets due to security. We have told about the same to reception people as well. Hope they fix it.

Great Hotel in Berlin

The hotel was adequate for the price, was conveniently located in Berlin for my needs and my next day flight. I stayed here for just one night, for this purpose it is a great option to select and stay. Facilities match the described ones and are clean.

Good location-near to Alexander platz.
Poor service at the reception. One stupid guy there thinks he knows everything. High price locker facility-takes a lot of euros for that when compared to similar ones.

Needs more receptionists

It is a very big hostel and unlike other hostels it has multiple floors and they mostly have only 1-2 persons at a time, while check-in and if you have other questions, you have to face quite a long queue. Locker facility is paid but good. All facilities are available but extra.

Perfect place

Excellent place for staying in Berlin centrum, near to Alexanderplatz.
Rooms are well equipped, each guest has two lockers, each bed has two sockets and individual light. Bed linen was excellent white! WiFi works very good.
