The hotel stay for me was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location and ambience was calm and relaxing. I had a pleasant dtay and would recommend this place for anyone.

The hotel denied cancellation and refund even during the Covid crisis when the entire world was being considerate they chose to loot the customers

Loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff and service is of the highest standards. Will recommend this hotel to all travellers. I would like the hotel to add some vegetarian options in the breakfast which is predominantly non vegetarian.

New hotel in a industrial location

Well I would give full marks to the hotel in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Clean washroom and nice linens. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to maintenance during our stay. Rooms were spacious in standard with Hong Kong standards. Close to MTR. Being a vegetarian cannot comment on food as I did not try the same. Overall nice and comfortable stay.
