Nice property .. but they dont provide water bottle.. loaction is very nice… rooms are small in size..

The hotel is very poorly managed. I couldn’t believe that a checkin process would take us 3 hours. After traveling for 8-9 hours, this is what we had to face. Huge que at the hotel to check-in, no one even serving water and no place to sit! the hotel was fully sold out and they were very understaffed. This was a terrible experience for the price paid. The only thing good about this place was it’s habour view!

Long check in time and bus service

For check in, i have to wait for 45 minutes in queue. Also, while booking it is mentioned that there is a free bus service by hotel from hotel to tsim ts-ha tsui however in actuality there was no bus service was there. Rest was ok.

Hotel is nice, hotel is big it’s on the sea shore at kowloon with sea facing rooms hotel is surrounded with lots of dining options

The staff is not very friendly, they seem cold and not ready to help as such. Location wise, the hotel is not at a touristy place.

Excellent location. Harbour view rooms have breathtaking views. You can spend hours looking out of the window. Very clean rooms. House keeping team is very active. They won't allow you before the checkin time, so avoid reaching early. Aeon style hyper mart is on walking distance for all your needs.

The hotel doesn't offer sufficient drinking water and you need to ask the housekeeping again and again for the same. First five star rated property where I had such deprivation of drinking water.

Big comfortable beds. Ample lighting. The minibar is very expensive though.
