Checkin took 1 hour, they are still using legacy system to write down details of the customers, surprised to see in a modern city like hong kong, booked executive suite, however, the view is majorly blocked by peninsula hotel in the front, rest room was ok. Booked for view and paid a price, however could have stayed in another international chain of hotels properties at the same price.

Room are extremely small, 2 persons can feel the room congested, no complementary water, bottled or water jugs, you need to buy the water. Location is very good but overall all experience is not so good

Good location, Major tourism points are nearby. Surrounding indian restaurants with pure veg and non veg restaurant Very busy as all hotel in HK. Checkin counter may have queues No Veg food options in hotel, they dont serve water also

Everything was good from check in to check out. Rooms were very clean ans comfortable. Good because near to the metro station.

Having stayed there many a times for a room which was damp and cold on the 3rd floor. Room felt old and jaded.

Very good hotel for business travel, location is very good, subway is connected to MTR and having bus station ahead where you can easily get busses for the airport, Room size was small as expected but room was very clean and up to date bathtub also provided

Cosy hotel, centrally located to reach hkcec within 15 minutes. Multiple indian restaurants around. The hustle bustle around the hotel adds to the glamour. Mm t had wrongly put up swimming pool as an amenity which they don't have at all. Well behaved staff.

I stayed at The Kowloon Hotel from November 23rd to 27th, and it was a comfortable experience, offered good value. The twin bed room was well-equipped with toiletries, a locker, and a fantastic street view. The room had both heater and AC options, though the walking space was a bit limited. The provided kettle, bathroom dryer, and bathtub added convenience. The availability of hot and cold water was consistent. The hotel's location, just a few seconds walk from Chungking Mansion, is excellent for Indian travelers. The mansion houses numerous Indian restaurants, mobile shops, and currency exchange services. I highly recommend this area for fellow Indian travelers. Additionally, there's the delightful Ebenezer restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. For currency exchange, it's advisable to carry INR and convert it there for a favorable rate. Overall, Tsim Sha Tsui proves to be the best area to stay for Indians, and The Kowloon Hotel offers a satisfactory stay for the price. I also want to highlight the fantastic amenities at The Kowloon Hotel. The reception boasts a coffee shop with a variety of fruits and sandwich options – a convenient and delicious choice. The staff at Kowloon is not only amazing but also incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, one of the standout features of The Kowloon Hotel is its proximity to the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It's literally next to the station, providing seamless access to transportation and making it exceptionally convenient for exploring the city.

Very good hotel, perfectly located best thing about this place is they always give you an early check in unlike other hotels here . We always prefer staying here because of this reason Rooms have good views of the city .

The hotel is nice room a bit small but still big enough for hk. The best thing about it is that it is rite in the centre of hk and mtr is easily accessible.
